Chapter 65 Breathtaking
Chapter 65 Breathtaking
For finishing touches, she took a pack of cigarette purse which were made for her by Louis Vuitton
when Araceli was back in France the previous year, and she gave Amy a glass see-through purse to
hold on to. Then they headed downstairs to go meet the boys.
"Hey, do you want to know why I changed my look today of all days?," Amy asked Araceli as they
walked down the stairs gently because of their heels. The tires were made of the same marble tiles
which could cause a huge catastrophe if they weren't careful.
"Uhm okay…" Rachel replied. Personally she just thought she decided to do a makeover for the
night but now that she's learning there more that inspired the look, she was kind of curious.
"You know I have met Xander before right, even though he waa a little intoxicated, he would be
able to remember me if he cracked his head a little," Amy said.
"Fuck…" Rachel never thought of that, all this while she had been bothered about trying not to fuck
things up and being at alert and worrying what stunt Alice and Xander were going to pull this night, she
hadn't even had time to think about other people she dragged into her mess.
"I'm so sorry, I have been a little selfish and self centered, I didn't even think about people I have
dragged into my mess," Rachel apologized feeling bad.
"It's okay Araceli, if I was in your shoes, I will be selfish and self centered of course, and besides,
remember I willing agreed to do it with you and for you, even we both pretended like I didn't know you
sent me fifty thousand dollars," Amy smiled, squeezing her hand.
"You weren't supposed to say that out loud," Rachel nogged her.
"I never got to say thank you, thank you Araceli," Amy said with a serious tone.
"You are welcome babe."
"You are going to fry Yandel's poor brain by the way," Amy said, nogging her shoulders as they
reached the last part of the stairs.
"Oh thank God you ladies are….Oh my God girl….," Ricky trailed off looking speechless.
"Breathe Ricky…" Amy chuckled.
"Boys, Marilyn Monroe got bad and went black serve 101 dalmatians cruella looks with kills," Ricky
announced, snapping his fingers dramatically.
Ben and Yandel turned around with a look of astonishment on their faces but Yandel looked blown
away, he stood up and met Araceli at the bottom of the stair and took her hands princess style and
kissed it.
"Oh Ben, was that too much to ask?," Ricky wailed dramatically, holding the stair rail, putting the
back his hands on his forehead.
"You didn't wear a dress, hun, that one is on you," Ben said, laughing.
"You look really pretty and hot at the same time," Yandel said, looking at her up to down, and she
knew what was coming next, some corny ass perv line he had up his sleeves.
"Oh no don't you…" Rachel tried to stop the inevitable.
"You look like a whole meal and you don't need fire to get you ready," Yandel said cheekily, earning
him a slap on the hand.
"Hey!!, your hands hurt like hell," Yandel whined.
"So does are your corny perverted lines bro but you don't see my complaining now, do you?,"
Rachel said, turning to wink at him.
"Alright then, To the batmobile!!!!" Ben said, heading out of the house.
"Hate to break it to you babe but not everyone is a comic craze like yourself," Ricky said shaking
his head.
"Well I'm, just that I'm leaning towards Marvel a little, their movies get me," Yandel replied Rick's
assumption.
"Well not everyone is relevant," Ricky corrected himself before turning around to smile sweetly at
Yandel.
"I'm literally a Multimillionaire," Yandel said.
"All I hear is pride pride pride honey, keep shoveling it into our face, we aren't complaining," Ricky
came back.
"Nice one babe," Ben said, sharing a high five.
"You can't beat a gay couple with that much connection," Rachel said laughing at his speechless
ass.
"Well we could have our own connection and beat them with a nice comeback," Yandel suggested
winking at her.
"Nice try baby boy, nice try" Rachel said, patting him on the back.
"Okay, this isn't fair, you guys are totally having a couple's time right now and leaving me here to
bite the dust," Amy whined.
"Well maybe you are going to get yourself someone soon, oh wait I forget, you are waiting for a
prince charming to come meet you by the wishing well singing your ass out as he finally drags you to
his castle where you will born kids, with a permanent smile on your face living happily ever after,"
Rachel laughed.
"Oh fuck you," Amy spat.
"I love you too boo," Rachel replied.
"So how are we doing this, because we definitely aren't going with Ben's shitty car, No offense
babe," Ricky said.
"None taken, it is a shitty ass car," Ben replied. Ben held Ricky by the waist before pecking his
head.
"Wait wait wait, you guys don't know the rules??," Amy asked.
"What rules?," Rachel asked in confusion.
"The IG rule???" Amy said as a matter of fact like it was a general rule everyone knew about, and
by everyone she meant Ricky and Ben.
"Oh shit yeah, you guys don't know the IG rule??," Ricky said like it was a normal phenomenon.
"No we don't know the IG rule, tell us!!!" Yandel said.
"How do you guys not know the IG rule??,"
"You guys are practically billionaires," Amy said.
"Well we make money through businesses and deals and investments not social media, we have
someone who takes care of our socials," Yandel said.
"Modesty is really your thing, isn't it" Ricky gave him a tight lipped smile.
"Well the IG rule is a rule that states before you serve the red carpets your formal looks, you have
to take the informal looks at your home and post them for anticipation of your red carpet looks," Ricky
told them.
"Everyone knows this," Ben added, still in disbelief that they didn't know.
"Well some of us were pretty much busy in business school to know stuff like this," Yandel said,
giving the dropping mic sign and stretching his hands for a high five.
"No honey, that wasn't cool" Rachel said walking past him.
"Amy??" Yandel said, stretching his hands for a high five…
"No bro, you are flexing on us, high five yourself," Amy said, working ahead with Araceli.
"Come onnnn, you guys are being mean to me I swear," Yandel whined. This content © Nôv/elDr(a)m/a.Org.
They ended up taking a bunch of hot and funny pictures before heading towards their cars. Rachel
went with Yandel in his black Porsche while Jeffrey drove Amy, Ben and Ricky to the place.
"Have I told you you look really beautiful this evening?," Yandel said, looking at her again as she
settled into the passenger sit.
"Actually no, just really pretty and hot at the same time," Rachel recalled.
"Awwn, you keep all my compliments at heart," Yandel cooed.
"No honey, they are pretty basic as fuck, a five old will remember them after ten years," Rachel
lied. The truth is that it actually took a huge hit at her recovering heart, Yandel's compliments really
made her feel things she didn't want to feel yet but she was never gonna let him know, at least not now
that they had other issues at hand, after all this, they were definitely gonna have alot of memorable sex
by God's grace.
"God's grace" she thought to herself internally laughing as she just dragged God into the mud in
the name of fornication.
"Basic!!!" Yandel exclaimed.
"Oh then, from now on, I will be giving you bomb ass names and compliments since my mature
compliments are now basic," Yandel said driving out of the estate. Rachel had a feeling she was going
to regret this but she still let him go on anyway.
"My scrunch butterballs, would you like some coffee for your tittering legs, they need to rest and it's
not even that cold yet?," Yandel asked with a normal expression.
"Whatttt!!!"
"What the fuck are scrunchy butterballs??," Rachel laughed as she tried to imagine a scrunchy
Butterballs and cringed.
"My cheeky beetroot baby, they are raw compliments from my uncensored brain, I want you to
chew, suck and choke on it, I'm sure those are things a five years old won't do now, are they?," Yandel
asked smirking.
"Well somewhere in the world right now, there are kids who are victims of pedophiles," Rachel
brought up even if she knew it was inappropriate.
"Eww, why would you bring that up?," Yandel cringed at the mere thought of it.
"Because, you are a fucking pervert," Rachel chuckled looking away.
"You asked for it, I don't remember always being like this till my compliments were never enough
for you," Yandel said, touching his chest.
"Maya just sent me a text saying she would be wait for me outside the event center for us to go
into the red carpet together," Yandel read his phone as his face creased into a frown, he was starting to
get a little pissed, he has had his fair share of Maya drama today.
"Has she always been like this?," Rachel asked out of curiosity, she knew she was his childhood
friend but it all in all still made her more curious, if he had known her for that long then how did he not
know about this side of her that was giving him worry.
"Honestly no, she hasn't always been like this, she has always been there to listen and advice me
when I needed someone to talk to, especially when I was five years older than my siblings so I couldn't
confide in them first because they wouldn't understand, so I always told her everything, but ever since I
found out that she had a crush on me, I don't know, she just became extra sensitive, and I found her
clinginess a turn off to be honest,I just couldn't like her in that manner and now she's forcing it," Yandel
rambled sounding stressed.
"Did you know the other day she literally out of no where told me that She had a chance with me
that as long as I wasn't gay, she still had a chance and that even though I was, she could turn me
straight," Yandel at this point just looked disgusted.
"She's no longer who she used to be and I honestly don't want to lose her," Yandel said.
"You won't lose her, just try and talk some sense into her, I'm sure she will listen," Rachel adviced.
"Trust me, I have, she just doesn't listen, it's like the more I tell her no, what she hears is 'keep
trying harder'," Yandel said.
Reaching the hall, they arrived at 5 45pm and she could see her car ahead with Amy, Ricky and
Ben came down and Lights started flashing in their direction, she was nervous, Araceli must have been
on tons of red carpets and but Rachel hasn't and she didn't want to to be honest.
"Hey...you will be fine, I know you are not a big fan of red carpets, I mean we could go togeth…"
Yandel was saying before he got interrupted by a knock on his window, and of course it was Maya the
desperate bitch, and Yandel brought down the glass.
"I will catch you inside," Rachel said, opening the car door to exit the scene.
"Oh no, please stay," Maya said in a nice genuine tone looking down a bit, making Rachel stare at
her weirdly before looking at Yandel who stared at her before nodding before she closed the door back.
"I just wanted to Apologize for my behavior, it was uncalled for so...Yeah I'm sorry, " Maya
apologized, she sounded too broken and genuine for Rachel to think she was daydreaming leaving
both of them in shock...
