Danny said, "I'm here to find someone."
The receptionist smiled, saying, "I know. I'll arrange that for you right away."
She then quietly made a phone call, saying, "Andrew, Mr. Drake is here at the company."
Danny felt extremely puzzled upon hearing this. He couldn't understand why the woman insisted on calling him Mr. Drake.
In a daze, Danny was led upstairs by someone. Johnny wasn't in the office, but Barbara was, plotting how to get Alina out of the company. She called her good friend Bonnie for help. "Bonnie, can you do me a favor?"
As Danny walked into the office, Barbara, seeing him, immediately displayed an unpleasant expression. Her anger from Alina now shifted onto Danny.
"Drake, are you here to complain to Johnny again? I know you don't accept me, but sooner or later, I'll be Johnny's wife. Your mom has long been dead. No matter how hard you and your sister try to find her, it's useless!" Danny frowned. He didn't understand what this older woman was saying. He felt like she had mistaken him for someone else.
Uninterested in dealing with Barbara, Danny was about to leave the office when she grabbed him. Her face was fumed with intense jealousy, and she spitefully said, "Your mom was a fool. If that bitch hadn't lucked into your dad's bed, how could she have given birth to you two bastards? You... ah!"
Before Barbara could finish, Danny picked up a cup of warm water from the table and splashed it directly on her face.
"What kind of person are you to insult my mom!" Danny's face was stern, his gaze sharp, not at all like a five-year-old. Regardless of whether Barbara had mistaken him or not, he was angry at her disrespectful insults.
"I know you. You're that actress who looks really ugly with poor, terrible acting skills. No matter how much your sugar daddy supports you, you'll never make it big. I remember your name starts with a 'B, right? If you dare to insult people again, I'll throw sulfuric acid on your face."
Barbara was frightened by the child in front of her. Drake had never dared to show resistance, let alone splash water on her.
At that moment, the office door opened, and Johnny walked in with documents in hand.
Seeing this scene, Johnny asked in surprise, "What's going on?"
Barbara, seeing Johnny, immediately changed her expression, pretending to be pitiful. She shook her head, saying, "I don't know. Drake just came up and splashed water on me."
"Drake, why would you do that?"
Danny looked at Johnny, amazed. He had never expected to encounter the middle-aged man he had met yesterday. Remembering that this man had tried to kidnap him, Danny felt a sudden fear, realizing he was like Daniel trapped in a lion's den. Danny took a step back, his expression serious as he warned, "If you try to kidnap me again, I'll call the cops."
Johnny furrowed his brow, utterly confused by Danny's words. He asked, "What are you talking about? How could I kidnap you? I'm your dad!"
"Johnny, Drake just threw coffee at me." Barbara began complaining.

"You've got the wrong person. I'm out." Danny felt something was off. Ever since he stepped in, everyone kept mistaking him for someone else, which felt too eerie.
Moreover, since yesterday, Jolinny had been treating him like a kid named Drake. He couldn't help but wonder if this Drake kid actually looked so much like him that everyone was making mistakes.
"Drake!" Johnny, feeling his son was particularly odd today, immediately went after him.
Downstairs, the receptionist, now free, was about to chat with someone when she saw a little boy walk into the company.
"Mr. Drake." The receptionist was surprised.
The little boy nodded and quickly walked inside the company.
The receptionist was puzzled. She had just seen Drake walk in, but now here he was again. What puzzled her even more was that Drake was wearing different clothes from before. She couldn't understand how Drake had changed clothes so quickly. Drake bit his lip. He had come to find Johnny. But just as he was about to step into the elevator, he suddenly saw Alina coming downstairs.
Drake blinked, feeling surprised. He remembered Alina claiming to be his mom yesterday. He didn't understand why she suddenly appeared here.
