That was her birthday! She came in a beautiful white Sharara. I saw her when she got down from her auto. But then my friends came. So, I went in before she could see me. She looked like an angel with her hair clutched in a small clip. Looking at her made me happy. I don’t know if I love her, but her presence gives me an indescribable feeling!
But I couldn’t see her during lunch and recess because we had chemistry lab. Even though I finished early, this teacher won’t let me go out because my friends were struggling to find the salt. I missed her. When the final bell rang, I came running to the cycle stand. She was already there. When I looked at her, she looked at me without breaking eye contact. I was surprised to see her boldness.
Usually, she will look away when I look at her. That will be super cute. She will display the perfect shyness! But her boldness is another level of cuteness. She eyed my bike and me. I felt something in my stomach. I hurriedly looked at my bike's pouch. There was a Kit-Kat. She gave me that for her birthday. I loved it. When I took it and saw her, she was her old shy-self again.

Scene 5
It was a science exhibition at my school. All 8th graders paired with 11th graders and did projects on all 4 branches of science. I paired with Aruvi in chemistry. We did our experiment on smelling gases. We had real fun making the whole school smell like rotten eggs and rotten cabbage. We even made laughing gas and made everyone behave silly.
It was open to all exhibition. We had common visitors, other school students and our parents. It was a 3days exhibition. Since I couldn't see him like regular days, I really missed him. But he came to our room at least once a day. I got all scared when some senior guys from other schools dragged time with me. But when they went, I had that feeling of someone watching me.
I turned to see who that was. That is when I paired my eyes with his. I immediately felt safe and at peace. I loved the attention I got from him.

Scene 6
The science exhibition brought chaos in the school. 12th graders are strictly inside classes. I totally missed her. She came late and went early. But then I managed to sneak out to her room. She was so cute showing everyone how to make those pungent smelling gases. She would laugh profusely whenever she made laughing gas without a mask. I was lost in her laughs. Her station would always be crowded. I don't know if it was because of people's interest in science or because of her. That attention she exerts from everyone literally makes me fist my hand to control myself.
Her experiment was the last in the room. So, she had a feedback book with her. I totally hate it when she asks for feedback from guys. She was all smiling. She looked so beautiful!I felt like her smiles should only be for me. Adding fuel to my anger, some boys spent too much time near her asking her all irrelevant questions. She looked troubled. I wanted to beat them up red and blue. When I was about to go near them, an aunty came by and they went.
She said thank you to that aunty and turned to me. Her eyes are all big. I saw all her tension vanished away in her face and that same shy smile came on her lips. That was really cute. I felt at peace!

I usually will perform in every annual day function. Sowmiya and I were the best dancers in school. My dance teacher will add our name in every dance without even asking us. I have performed for 5 dances in the same annual day at the max. This time too we were in 3 dances. We usually will enjoy the practice session, because we can cut all the classes, and no one will question us.
Our school is really good that they will allow 10th and 12th standard students to participate if they maintain a good average in studies. That year, for English drama, the English teacher was auditioning characters for the play, 'The Naughty Tom'. Me and Sowmiya were sitting in the auditorium hall listening to music to choose from.
I heard a deep voice on the stage telling the dialog of Tom Sawyer. I looked up and was captivated by the deep brown orbs. My English teacher selected him for the lead role. God, We had to practice in the same hall. I felt butterflies in my tummy. I felt all shy dancing before him. Never once in my life have I ever felt shy to dance. But his eyes on me makes it so difficult.

The annual day practice was the most memorable moment of my 12th grade. I played Tom Sawyer in a drama and she was in dance. Since I'm in 12th, I could only practice at noon. I have to attend my classes in the morning. She was in the auditorium for the whole 2 weeks. She danced to 3 songs. All different kinds. She was so graceful. In all dances, she was
either in the middle or in the front. It was a pleasure to see her dance. Whenever she saw me looking at her, she would stop dancing. That was so cute! She will start again, counting 5, 6,7,8!
We all had rehearsals with costumes on the day before our final performances. I sat in the front row. The reactions on her face, God, I still remember it. She felt all shy, she knew I was looking at her. She didn’t even look at my side. She had that shy smile through-out her performance.
She was listening to the performance order since she was in 3 performances. Danya and the other girl were discussing the timing and costume. It was fun to watch her!

It was finally the annual day! He made it so hard for me during the practice times. Now backstage, every group was busy getting ready. He was ready and was looking at me. I felt so shy. My dance miss will make me look like a devil with bold make-up. She will say, only then it will look good on the stage.
I felt embarrassed to go in front of him with this make-up. But I had no other choice. Every make-up and costume were different. He saw me with those costumes at the rehearsal. But not with make-up. When I came back after finishing my performance, I was thanking God for making him stay backstage.
But I had a performance after his drama. I should not see him. I repeated it in my head. But then Mindy told me that, within 5minutes of the performance, I cannot find him in such a big crowd. That was logical and reasonable.
I hid behind the screen and watched his performance. He was a natural. His language was awesome. I prayed that he should not make any mistakes. I knew all his dialogs by-heart since I watched only him during practices.
I clapped loudly from behind the screen when his drama ended.

Scene 8
She looked so funny with all that makeover! With the look on her face, I can tell she is embarrassed to come in front of me. She was pleading her dance instructor to reduce the make-up. She was really entertaining to watch. But nevertheless, she was beautiful!
She did her 2 dances. She was graceful as hell. The teacher won't allow me to go in the front to see her. I watched her from behind the screen. It was my turn to go on the stage. I turned to look at her. But she was busy in changing her hairdo and make-up for her final performance.
When I finished my final dialog, I heard a loud clap from behind the stage. I whipped my head to the direction where the applause came from. She was hiding behind the screen. I saw her eyes. Those were captivating, appreciating and made me feel proud of myself.
I changed my clothes and ran to the front to see her final performance. After the announcement, her team came on the stage. I knew she would feel shy if she looked at me. I want her to do her best.
So, I went to the side where I could see her and hid myself. But her eyes found me at once she went on the stage. Her eyes grew bigger. That was a sight to see. But then she had a shy smile and turned away. Never once did she turn to my side. But she danced so well. I like her!
