Chapter 9 Fighting Over Her
Lot Bar.
Alicia finished her drink in one gulp and asked, "No one knows about the things you sent to my e- mail box, right?"
Zach Gardner smiled brightly, poured her another drink, and said, "Don't you trust me? You can rest assured."
"Sure, I'll have someone wire you the money later."
"Don't bother, Licia. I just want to go on a date with you. How about we go see a movie this weekend?"
Alicia looked down and took a sip of her drink, neither refusing nor accepting his invitation.
"We'll see."
Suddenly a voice came from behind them, "Miss, would you like to be my friend?"
Both Zach and Alicia turned their heads to see a sleazy middle-aged man coming toward them, with a lewd glance at the fair skin on Alicia's chest.
"What's your name?" the man asked.
Alicia looked up at him with a mocking glint in her eyes, "I am Edmond Agos' wife."
Hearing this, the man was a little stunned. But he quickly collected himself and said with a laugh, "Edmond Agos. I've heard of him. A playboy who changes women like he changes ties. But I didn't know he got married."
Alicia smiled and said nothing, taking a sip of her drink elegantly.
With her long neck, raised chin, perfect shoulders, and ample chest below her collarbone, she exuded a seductive charm with every breath she took.
Just by blinking her enchanting eyes, she made it difficult for anyone to resist their desires for her.
Watching Alicia, the guy breathed a little faster. He swallowed and continued, "Lately everyone has been saying that Edmond Agos is not good in bed. A useless man like him can't make you happy. Why not be with me instead?"
Then he reached out his hand and tried to brush aside a strand of hair on her chest. But Zach stopped him and hit him.
Bang...
"D*mn, look! Two men over there are fighting over a hot woman!"
...
When Edmond received a message, Diane Gold was still sobbing and pouring her heart out in the living room of his villa.
"I'm scared to go back. What if those men in black suits break into my room again? Ed, can I stay here tonight?"
Edmond looked down at the message he had received.
"Young Master Ed, your wife is in trouble."
And there was a photo attached to this message. He clicked on the photo and saw the chaos in the bar. The photo showed two men fighting. There were a lot of onlookers around them, and Alicia was
sitting next to them with her drink. She looked so relaxed and arrogant.
Then he received another message.
"These two men are fighting over her. Young Master Ed. Your wife is quite popular."
Edmond replied, "Who are you?"
The sender teased him with another message.
"You said that women are most beautiful with their clothes off. Would you like to see my most beautiful side tonight?"
He didn't reply.
Diane noticed that Edmond was ignoring her, and she felt insecure. Suddenly, Edmond got up from the sofa and walked toward the stairs.
Diane thought her plan had worked, but to her surprise, Edmond suddenly turned around and asked, "Are you going back by yourself, or should I call you a cab??"
Diane's heart sank.
"Can I stay here?" she asked.
"No."
"But you said you would give me anything I wanted..." Diane said in a soft voice with a hint of frustration.
Her eyes welled up, as if she was about to cry, looking pathetic.
But Edmond just smiled and said, "I will repay the favor I owe you. But I am busy tonight."
Diane didn't get her way and felt dissatisfied.
She looked down at her breast. Now she deeply regretted not listening to Alicia's reminder to adjust her padded bra before trying to seduce Edmond!
...
Bar fights were so common that no one cared much. No one bothered to call the police, and some people even cheered for each side.
After a while, the fat middle-aged man lost his front tooth. He was embarrassed and left in a huff.
Zach also had bruises on his face, but he approached Alicia with a smile and asked eagerly.
"Did I just display perfect chivalry?"
"Actually, you don't need to get involved with a scum like that."
"Licia, do you have any feelings for me? If you do, will you go see a movie with me this weekend? If you don't agree, I'll ask you every day until you do." This material belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.
The cute young man still had bloodstains on the corners of his mouth. He looked pathetic and adorable, making it difficult for Alicia to refuse his invitation.
In fact, Zach was deliberately using this self-pitying tactic to win Alicia's favor.
Just as Zach was waiting for Alicia's answer, an enthusiastic voice came from nearby.
"Young Master Ed, you're here!"
