Wow, not bad at all.

To think, the Snow-winged Cat is a master-level entity in the realms of planar positioning, planar escape, and planar survival.

This was beyond Noland Lee’s expectations.

In many ways, instead of calling the Snow-winged Cat a Magic Messenger, it would be more fitting to say it’s a navigator for exploring Sub-Dimensional Planes.

The greatest fear when exploring a lost Sub-Dimensional Plane is getting trapped inside should the plane close unexpectedly, leaving the explorers with no way out.

With the Snow-winged Cat around, Noland Lee didn’t have to worry too much about being trapped in a Sub-Dimensional Plane or getting lost within one.

If Noland Lee were to explore Sub-Dimensional Planes in the future, then the Snow-winged Cat would be his perfect companion.

Not bad, not bad at all.

Noland Lee nodded with satisfaction, taking two strong puffs toward the Snow-winged Cat.

“I’m here~”

Denise Green came downstairs, now wearing a beautifully made light purple silk Magic Robe.

The Magic Pouch at her waist had also changed from a handbag-like lace cloth bag to a stylishly elegant Magic Treasure Chain.

“How’s this outfit?” Denise Green twirled in front of Noland Lee, showcasing her shapely figure.

“Very nice, you look good in anything,” Noland Lee said with a smile.

“Then let’s go,” Denise Green beamed, her smile bright as flowers.

She linked arms with Noland Lee, rubbing the Snow-winged Cat on his shoulder.

Noland Lee set the Snow-winged Cat down and left the Stone House with Denise Green.

The future he had described to Denise Green wasn’t a figment of his imagination.

Actually, after cleaning out Sidney Palmida’s Hidden Chamber last night, Noland Lee had a brief discussion with Selena about buying an isle Inside Core Circle.

There are only so many isles Inside Core Circle, and their prices are no overstatement to be compared to mountains of gold.

The isle Noland Lee had his eyes on was a medium-sized Isle with a low mountain on it.

The negotiated price was 57 million gold coins.

These 57 million gold coins included not just the isle itself but also associated Core Circle facilities, Magic Laboratories, and so on.

Furthermore, these 57 million gold coins were not something that Noland Lee needed to pay in actual gold coins.

Noland Lee would use future services, goods, and knowledge provided to the Deep Sea Branch to cover the cost.

He only discussed a preliminary draft with Selena last night.

Today, he would discuss the formal proposal with Selena and Lonco Pomida.

Noland Lee’s layout for the entire Suman Archipelago began to surface at this very moment.

His visions and plans for the future were thoroughly presented in front of Selena and Lonco Pomida.

It was at this moment that Denise Green, who was auditing the meeting, truly realized the depth of Noland Lee’s insight and thought.

Inside Selena’s Study Room, Noland Lee sat face to face with Selena and Lonco Pomida.

Between them was a 3D model of the Suman Archipelago constructed by magic.

The model not only indicated the location and ownership of each Isle but also outlined the influence ranges and territories of various wizard forces.

“The Fifth in line to succeed of the Pangula Family, that is, Dickler Fegan, will leave the Suman Archipelago soon.”

Noland Lee reached out to pick up a chess piece shaped by magic.

This piece represented Dickler Fegan.

“Even if Dickler’s father repays the money for Mut Pongula on his behalf, Dickler Fegan will definitely be transferred away from the Suman Archipelago by Mut Pongula.”

“On one hand, there is the issue of misappropriating family funds, which violates the internal rules of the Pangula Family.

“On the other hand, Dickler Fegan’s embezzlement of funds to make amends to the Deep Sea Branch decisively proved his collusion with the Dread Sail Pirate Nation.

“If Dickler Fegan were not transferred from the Suman Archipelago, his collusion with the enemy would always be a lever for the Deep Sea Branch to restrain the Pangula Family.”

Noland Lee moved Dickler Fegen’s chess piece aside and picked up Sienna Nobus’s piece:

“After Dickler Fegen’s departure, Sienna will become the only Principal of the Pangula family in the territory.”

Lonco Pomida raised his right hand and interrupted:

“Wait, if I remember correctly, the Sienna Nobus you mentioned is a young girl of only 12 years old, right?”

“Yes,” Noland Lee nodded:

“Are you asking what qualifies her to be the sole Principal?”

“Yes,” replied Lonco Pomida.

Noland Lee took another chess piece:

“This is Mira Faar, the sixth daughter of the ‘Blazing Queen’. She was originally the Principal of the Faar Clan in the Flame Basin Bottom.

“Now, she has given up the Principal position there and come to the Suman Archipelago. She will become Sienna’s assistant, managing the local assets of the Pangula Family on her behalf, until Sienna graduates from Hotams.”

“How do you know…” Lonco Pomida couldn’t help but question as he faced Noland Lee’s predictions.

Selena made a pressing gesture in front of her eldest brother:

“Brother, what Jarvis said should be true. I’ve talked with Mira Faar. Once it’s confirmed that Dickler Fegan’s father—that is, Fagen Pangula—is the culprit behind the tragic death of Sienna’s parents, the ‘Blazing Queen’ will have Mira Faar serve as Sienna’s assistant to manage the Suman Archipelago’s Pangula assets.

“This is a secret deal struck between the ‘Blazing Queen’ and Mut Pongula, aiming to compensate for the grief the ‘Blazing Queen’ suffered due to the tragic death of her Little Daughter.”

“Why does it involve Sienna’s parents again… alright, alright, I won’t ask anymore. Anyway, you know I’m not good at this kind of thing.”

Lonco Pomida rubbed his tense brows:

“Eh, this is really giving me a headache, I still prefer dealing with Sea Monsters. Please continue, Jarvis.”

Noland Lee placed Mira Faar’s chess piece in Sienna’s Territory:

“The Pangula Family owns more than 30,000 isles in the Suman Archipelago. Most of them have already been mined for ore resources. They have now been transformed into Magic Workshops or sold at very low prices. What I want to say is that the Pangula Family has not discovered the real value of these islands.”

Noland Lee took out the document he had prepared in advance and placed it on the tabletop between them.

“I have compiled statistics on the small, medium, large, and extra-large islands for the untapped ore resources not yet discovered by the Pangula Family and have also estimated the actual ore reserves for more than a thousand islands. This includes the sedimentary ore that the Deep Sea Branch will need in the future for the construction of non-metallic ships.”

Noland Lee pushed the document towards the two of them.

Selena had previewed the document before.

She picked it up and directly handed it to Lonco Pomida.

Lonco Pomida was baffled by the numbers in the document:

“Is it that the exploration capabilities of the Pangula Family have greatly declined, or are your exploration skills too strong? Why are the results of the Pangula Family’s explorations only half, or even a third of what you have found?”

“Obviously, Lonco, it is my exploration skills that are too strong,” Noland Lee said:

“I know you may be skeptical of this, but that’s okay, I will demonstrate with a few islands.”

Noland Lee spoke calmly:

“In this deal I’ve woven,

“The Deep Sea Branch will eventually get their full wish of obtaining a complete set of non-metallic magic artifacts;

“Sienna Nobus and Mira Faar will grow rich from mining and smelting non-metallic ores;

“Mut Pangula will acquire more family funds to solidify his line’s right of succession;

“The ‘Blazing Queen’ will have a stronger dominant position in the cooperation with Fagen Pangula in developing the Scorched Rock Plateau, thanks to the prosperity of her granddaughter Sienna;

“The Hayden Family will receive a large number of shipbuilding orders from both the Deep Sea Branch and the local forces of the Suman Archipelago, starting the grand endeavor of manufacturing non-metallic ships;

“I’ve provided the Deep Sea Branch with an efficient solution to deal with Sea Monsters, which will help the Charnel Family secure at-sea trading routes, and they, in turn, will embrace trade prosperity;

“If the Deep Sea Branch, leveraging its influence, could launch an initiative: to gradually transition from metallic to non-metallic ships over the next few years, eventually allowing only non-metallic ships to linger in the Suman Archipelago, then this non-metallic trend that began with the Ancestral Dragons will spread from the Suman Archipelago along the ocean trading routes to places like the Kashel Continent and the Ulnas Circle.

“What follows will be a larger, more extensive demand for non-metallic ores.”

Noland Lee said with a smile:

“The Suman Archipelago will usher in a golden age where multiple sectors, such as mining, shipbuilding, navigation, and trade, will blossom. This is my plan.”
